The 'natural' body shaping treatment used by Aussie reality stars and models

An Australian beauty therapist has revealed the 'natural' body sculpting treatments that local reality stars and models are using to create the perfect summer body.

Crystal Mckeith, who runs Melbourne's Body Shapest clinic, told Daily Mail Australia that her non-invasive therapies can do everything from melting fat away to plumping up the butt with natural collagen.

'It's like filler for your butt,' the 29-year-old said of her Brazilian butt lift treatments, which she's performed on influencer Tully Smyth, 31, and former Married At First Sight star Melissa Walsh, 54.

'It's a natural filler, because what it does is actually induce natural collagen and elastin production within the cell,' she explained.

'It's pretty much taking someone's cells back to what they used to do when they were 16-years-old and constantly rejuvenating themselves.

'It's ultimately a natural way of having Botox and filler,' she added.

For the treatment, Crystal uses a radio frequency wand to heat tissue and stimulate subdermal collagen production.

Besides the Brazilian butt lift, the treatment can be performed on virtually every part of the body, from the eyes and jaw to the stomach and thighs.

'This is a far more natural way of going down the line of Botox and filler,' Crystal explained.

'We're not doing any topical or internal damage, we're not injecting or filling the space with an artificial material.'

For clients looking to slim down, Crystal performs an ultrasound fat cavitation.

The treatment uses a low frequency ultrasound to subject fat cell membranes to a strong wave of pressure until they disintegrate into a liquid state.

Tully had treatments on her stomach to highlight her washboard abs, while Married At First Sight's Nadia Stamp went further by having her hips and abdomen treated, along with contouring on her waistline.

While Nadia and Tully were already slim before the fat cavitation, Crystal insists that those with fuller figures will also see big results.

'We see clients who are curvier and plus-sized and some of their results blow our minds, and we know for a fact that they've done nothing outside of treatment,' she said.

'They still eat their pasta and drink their wine, but they get these amazing results!'

However, Crystal added that it's important for her clients to be physically active after a treatment to ensure long-term results.

'We need them to physically move their body because we're breaking down toxic fat, so if they don't actually start to move and get their lymphatic system pumping that fat can become dormant,' she explained.

'We want people to change their mindset and to understand that this isn't just a quick easy fix,' she added.

While women are certainly seeing results, Crystal says that her treatments are becoming popular with male clients too.

'Men are doing their face and getting the fat cavitation on their hips and abs,' she revealed.

'We even get some father and son duos,' Crystal continued.

'Men are just getting a lot more in tune with wanting to stop the ageing process, but they don't want to go down the road of getting Botox and fillers.

'We're not here to freeze your face, we just want to help your cells stop ageing.'
