It's believed tensions have been mounting for some time, and a throwaway comment made by Peter during the recent 10th anniversary show only made things worse.
Apparently Peter's comment ('We love having you on our show') infuriated Lisa, who felt it implied she was still an outsider on the program.
As a result of the remark, she left the 90-minute broadcast after just half an hour and skipped the staff after-party, according to The Australian.
