Olivia Frazer has given her fans an update on her mental health.
In an Instagram Live video on Friday, the Married At First Sight star says she actually feels even worse than she has in recent months.
Asked by a fan if her anxiety was getting better, the 28-year-old replied: 'I'm actually feeling worse.

'So I went to the doctor the other day and had my Lexapro upped.'
The former teaching student had confessed in May that she was feeling 'really, really depressed' on the Where's Your Head At? podcast.
'I've never had depression like this. I've honestly never been this close to, sorry to get a bit graphic, really thinking about taking my own life,' Olivia said.
Asked by a fan if her anxiety was getting better, the 28-year-old replied: 'I'm actually feeling worse. So I went to the doctor the other day and had my Lexapro upped'
She also credited her now ex-boyfriend Jackson Lonie for supporting her.
'To have Jack be my absolute anchor, I think it speaks to the relationship and the man he is,' Olivia added.
The former reality star went on to say she only recently started to feel happy again.

'Now it's a bit like … Smile and wave,' she added.
She has since split with Jackson, with the couple announcing the end of their turbulent relationship in early August.
Olivia was dubbed this season's 'villain' after sharing a nude photo of Domenica Calarco among the cast, thereby outing her as an OnlyFans model.
Dom had shared the image on her public Twitter profile in early 2021 to promote her OnlyFans account, which has since been deleted.

The photo quickly spread through the MAFS cast via WhatsApp, and was addressed at the first dinner party following the couples' retreat.
The makeup artist was humiliated to learn her co-stars knew about her OnlyFans page and had seen her naked, and eventually broke down in tears.
Olivia later refused to apologise for discovering and sharing the picture.
