Fast forward to the next decade, and the couple are still going strong on their 12th wedding anniversary.
The fashion model and the filmmaker both marked the milestone by professing their love for each other in social media posts on Sunday, August 14.
'Happy anniversary baby. 12 years later and we're still the hottest couple around,' she wrote in a text to her man, which was copied into a screenshot and posted on her Instagram page.

Graham went on to add, 'I love you forever, Justin,' along with a red heart emoji in the caption of the post that showed them sharing a passionate kiss.
Around that same time, Ervins showed off some of his cinematographer skills by posting a photo of the couple snuggled up together with the anniversary message: '12-years with my forever love. Happy anniversary, @ashleygraham.'
To highlight how much their lives have changed in those dozen of years of marriage, viewers can scroll to the next images on his Instagram Stories and find a video of his wife laying on her back playing with their three young children with the caption: '12-years later...'
Ervin's photo and anniversary message also ended up on Graham's Instagram Stories about an hour later.

After meeting at the church in 2009, the couple wasted little time in tying-the-knot the following year.
They did decide to wait about 10 years until they grew their family with the arrival of their first son, Issac, who's now about two-and-a-half-years-old.
Graham would give birth to twin boys Roman and Malachi, who just arrived on Planet Earth in January.

Just over a week ago, Graham revealed to her 18.9 million Instagram fans and followers that her hairline is growing back in after dealing with postpartum hair loss following the birth of the twins.
The Lincoln, Nebraska native captioned a series of shots, 'Swipe to see my hairline coming in,' as she showed off various images of her coif from different angles.
'Many new moms see noticeable hair loss a few months after having a baby. This is normal - and it is not true hair loss. Dermatologists refer to this condition as excessive hair shedding. The excessive shedding is caused by falling estrogen levels,' according to the The American Academy of Dermatology.
Graham has the distinction of being Sports Illustrated's first-ever plus-size cover girl.
