And it seems Lynda Carter has inherited some of her character’s superhuman abilities as she still looks strikingly youthful.
The age-defying actress, 71, showed off her style as she stepped out for a stroll in Venice in a floral-patterned jumpsuit.
Miss Carter was crowned Miss USA in 1972 but had just $25 in the bank when she landed the part of Wonder Woman in 1975. She continued in the TV role until 1979.

The actress also appeared in the last Wonder Woman big screen outing in 2020 with Gal Gadot in the title role.
The next year, Miss Carter suffered heartbreak when her husband of 37 years, businessman Robert Altman, died from complications after a medical procedure.
The actress, who has children James, 34, and Jessica, 31, told how she cried ‘three times a day’ as she struggled to cope.
‘I feel that I need to pick myself up and dust myself off, and put one foot in front of the other and be as courageous as I can be, even when I don’t feel like it, to get past grief,’ she has said previously.
