An insurance firm has been called out after suggesting cabin crew may perhaps well perhaps unruffled encourage passengers with their baggage. 

A favored cabin crew page on Facebook, A Cruise Guy's Cabin Crew Lounge, shared AXA's pointers which has sparked fury with many flight attendants.
