Elyse's bikini top featured a one-shoulder design and the skimpy bottoms sat high on her hips in a '90s style.
Her blonde hair was slicked back away from her face, and she appeared to be wearing minimal makeup.
The sighting comes after Elyse confirmed she had re-signed as a Myer ambassador following the expiration of her initial 12-month deal.

She told the Herald Sun last week: 'I'm very excited and grateful for the opportunity. They really celebrate individuality and let my personality shine.'
The Daily Telegraph also reported that Elyse's new contract is 'open-ended', with the model telling the newspaper: 'I never imagined I would get a multi-year contract with Myer, I only dreamt it.
'It was at the top of my list and I was working so god damn hard to get it.'

Before Elyse re-signed with Myer, rumours swirled that the retailer was considering replacing her with a more 'mature' brand ambassador.
An insider told The Sydney Morning Herald in early July: 'She's not a household name like Jennifer Hawkins or Rachael Finch.
'Not a lot of 30-year-olds watched her on The Block so they're not familiar with her.'
