And on the show on Thursday, Persian beauty Sogand Mohtat, 30, enjoyed not only the first date with Matt Agnew, but also the first kiss.
After the astrophysicist took her for a romantic helicopter ride, he then handed her a rose before locking lips.

'I wanted a rose so bad, but what I got out of this date is way beyond a rose. There's definitely feelings there,' Sogand said.
The civil engineer added that she can see Matt as a potential partner.
'If I feel like I've got something special with someone and if they potentially could be the one, it doesn't take long for me to fall for them, and Matt's definitely someone I could fall for.'

'I love lacy lingerie and things like that,' Matt hilariously tells her, laughing nervously.
But she told him that despite appearances, she's a 'tomboy.'
'Don't let the blonde hair and the red lipstick fool you. I'm a bit of a tomboy, so,' Monique said.
