In the snap, Tania is seen showing of her huge baby bump while holidaying in the Cook Islands.
Sporting a neon pink crop top and denim shorts that sat just underneath her bump, Tania looked positively glowing as she appeared fresh-faced on the beach.
Recalling her trip and her pregnancy, Tania revealed the picture had been taken a year ago and said: 'My goodness, where does the time go!!'

She continued: 'I just loved being pregnant with twins. Apart from being very uncomfortable and HUGE the last month, then I loved the glowing skin, long strong nails that grow out of control.
'The thick [mane] of hair you get, as well as just being able to let your [belly] hangout in all its beautiful glory.'
'Plus nothing beats the feeling of growing life (two in my case!) inside your tummy and feeling them wriggle around,' insisted Tania.

She and her partner of seven years, Chris Rogers, ventured to Greece last year to find an anonymous egg donor, after fearing they would never have children, and the former Celebrity Apprentice star later had two donor eggs implanted.
IVF worked for the couple first time, with Tania calling the pregnancy a 'miracle'.
Speaking to News.com.au, Tania said: 'There was a slight little doubt in my mind it may not happen by the time I got to 48, but everything has worked out wonderfully.'
