Rachael Finch hires a self-proclaimed 'body magician' to manipulate her frame with aerial stretches in latest bizarre wellness trend
She's an advocate for healthy living and is also known for trying out some rather bizarre wellness trends.
And on Thursday, Rachael Finch enlisted the help of self-proclaimed 'body magician' Bruce Scott for an unorthodox 'healing' session.
In footage shared to Instagram, Bruce lifts Rachael into the air using his feet and then wobbles her arms until she is sufficiently relaxed.

He then flips her over in order to release any tension from her lower back and legs.
Rachael, 31, captioned the video: 'This went down (or should I say upside down) at home today. The Body Magician working his magic to help restore, repair, realign and recharge our minds and body.'
The model's brother, Dave, also tried out the unique health technique.

'My brother Dave getting realigned and readjusted,' she captioned an Instagram Story post showing her brother working with Bruce.
Rachael's Instagram followers didn't hesitate with offering their thoughts on Bruce's relaxation techniques.
One person suggested the method was downright 'weird'.

Another fan commented: 'Mmmm think I will stick to a chiropractor.'
Rachael thanked Bruce on Instagram after the session, writing: 'Uncle Dave (who's over 6ft tall) and Aunty Danielle even gave it a crack. I am so happy there are humans like you on this earth Bruce, thank you so much.'
This isn't the first time Rachael has introduced her fans to the Body Magician, as she had previously highlighted his work on her YouTube channel in June.
'Weird' and 'slightly creepy': One fan suggested that the method was weird and creepy, especially due to the fact that Rachael Finch has been married to Michael Miziner since 2013, they share two children together Violet, six, and Dominic, two.
