Married at First Sight's Cameron Merchant has stripped off for photographer John Bortolin's upcoming nude portrait book to raise awareness for men's mental health.

Taking to Instagram on Sunday to share a behind-the-scenes snap from the shoot, Cameron struggled behind a bathrobe as fiancée Jules Robinson gave him a hand. 

The engaged pair were posed in a field at sunset with Jules, 36, helping Cam, 35, hide his nudity.

In the caption for the photo, Cam wrote: 'Sunset with my wife whilst she keeps my dignity intact for my #mensmentalhealth awareness with John Bortolin and Gotcha4Life Foundation.

'Strip it all back, strip it all off and be raw! Everyone has a struggle. The more we talk as men, the more we put awareness out there, the easier it may get. 

He added: 'Just like getting nude. I didn't even notice anymore. Jules has to cover me up by the end of the day.'

Earlier this week, Cameron and his fiance sparked baby rumours after a report claimed they are expecting their first child together. 

Jules fuelled further pregnancy rumours when she was spotted leaving a medical center with Cam in Sydney's Bondi while cradling her tummy. 

The couple did little to dispel the chatter while attending a red carpet premiere for the Fast & Furious: Hobbs & Shaw in Sydney, where Jules appeared glowing and the couple appeared very smitten.

However, speaking to Woman's Day this week, Jules debunked the pregnancy rumours.

'No, I am not [pregnant],' she stated firmly. 'It's just the photos.'

Dubbed 'the golden couple' of MAFS, Cam and Jules  are one of the few success stories from the popular Channel 9 reality series.
