Molly-Mae finished second on the show last month with her boyfriend Tommy, but has found it hard to adjust to life outside the Mallorca villa after being branded 'fake' and 'money hungry' by some viewers.
As she emerged for the club appearance, she cut a glamorous figure in a chic leather ensemble however the attention was grabbed by her companion.
Speaking to OK! Magazine the blonde admitted she read some of the negative comments but had to stop as she found the accusations too upsetting.
'I knew I was going to get my fair share of hate, but I didn't know it would be to this extent,' Molly-Mae told the publication.

'To be called fake and all these horrible names like 'Money-Mae' when I haven't actually done anything wrong was a shock. It is hard to hear.'
She added that she had even received death threats, explaining: 'I did [read the negative comments] at the start but then I had to stop...
'I think it's best not to. Some of the stuff that's been said about me is pretty vile. There are death threats, which really isn't nice.'

Molly and boxer Tommy were the longest-standing couple in this year's series of Love Island after coupling up for 52 days.
But despite their enduring romance, they failed to win the show, coming second to fan favourite Amber Gill and her partner Greg O'Shea.
The couple opened up on life in the real world during a TV interview on Friday's This Morning, with Molly-Mae insisting 'winning' was not 'even in her head' when she appeared on the programme.

'We're both so happy right now we wouldn’t change a thing. It's just been such an incredible journey.'
Branding Molly-Mae his 'dream girl', Tommy added: 'As soon as I met Molly, I thought "I don't care if I go tomorrow because I've met the girl of my dreams anyway". Obviously it wasn't really about winning - we're winners in our own right.
