The reality star came over all emotional in the 30-minute long clip, as she candidly admitted her anxiety battle had left her feeling suicidal when she was in high school.
Tayla, 22, recalled the 'very dark' time that stemmed from a 'toxic' relationship in her teens, but told fans she is 'so glad' she fought through her anxiety, before revealing her stint on Love Island actually helped her with her mental health.

Wanting to share her experience with mental health, Tayla shared a revealing and bravely honest video with fans, where she discussed in depth how her anxiety used to get the best of her.
She explained she used to act out in anger because she didn't know how to deal with her anxiety and suffered from an 'underlying fear of not feeling good enough'.
Tayla admits her first relationship when she was in high school made her anxiety worse as it was 'very toxic' and 'abusive', both physically and mentally.
'I hit some really low points, especially during that first relationship,' Tayla said, as she began to tear up.
Getting really honest with viewers, she confessed: 'I remember just thinking my life would be easier if it did end then and there.'
'That upsets me so much now, I got through that point and... I wish I could go back and just tell myself at that age and that vulnerable part of my life that it gets better,' Tayla said, composing herself.

'You have moments in your life where someone impacts you so much that it honestly changes the whole course of your life, this did,' she said.
The beauty explained how she then realised her anxiety was causing her to suffer from depression, but with the help of exercise and mindfulness, she learned how to control it and become OK with being on her own.
Following university, Tayla moved to Byron Bay by herself, but said it was her stint on Love Island last year that made her realise how 'strong' she is now.
