Matt Agnew may have followed in the footsteps of The Bachelor's most infamous suitor, Blake Garvey.
During an appearance on Have You Been Paying Attention? on Monday, the 32-year-old phrased one of his answers in a way that hinted his journey to love may not have been smooth.
When asked by host Tom Gleisner if the show had worked out and if he was in a relationship, Matt shot back: 'I am - with someone from the show!'

He added: 'With one of the women I met.'
The astrophysicist's vague comment that he's dating 'someone from the show' has sparked speculation that his girlfriend could be anybody on the cast, rather than the actual 'winner' of the season.
Bachelor Blake, who has since retreated from the celebrity spotlight, famously dumped winner Sam Frost in 2014 two weeks before the finale aired.

Sam later said she was 'blindsided' by Blake's decision, especially as the couple were engaged after he proposed to her on the show.
Blake went on to date Louise Pillidge, the show's third-place contestant, for 18 months before breaking up in April 2016.
While Blake has since left the spotlight to focus on his auction business, Sam has created a successful celebrity career as an actress on Home And Away.

Meanwhile, viewers are currently invested in Matt's search for love on The Bachelor.
The Melbourne-based academic has previously said that he chose a woman in the finale who he could see himself marrying one day.
