Outgoing Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats disrupted a gathering his deputy, Sue Gordon, became maintaining on election security to induce her to resign from her post.
The abrupt interruption on Thursday, reported by CNN, took site rapidly ahead of Gordon submitted her letter of resignation later that day.
