The pair, who were spotted leaving a Bondi Medical Centre last week, found love on sixth season of MAFS show earlier this year.
And despite being in the middle of planning a wedding, this sighting has sparked pregnancy rumours.
A source close to the couple told New Idea: 'Jules' biological clock is ticking so the news couldn't have come at a better time.

'They will make great parents. Cameron is so loving and devoted to Julie and can't wait to be a father.'
If the rumours are indeed true, the pair may have to postpone their wedding to ensure that Jules has a stress-free pregnancy.
'There's so much to organise with a wedding and Jules doesn't want all the stress that goes with that while she's pregnant,' said a friend.

The baby rumours come after Cameron spoke to Daily Mail Australia last week about his wedding plans, which he insisted are going along smoothly.
'Our wedding plans are going amazing! Everything's great,' he said at the Maxim 8th birthday party on Friday night.
While the couple have yet to reveal the exact date of their nuptials, Cameron said he expects the ceremony to be more low-key than their televised wedding.
'I see the wedding being something really simple - a lovely one,' he said. 'As long as Jules is happy, then I'm happy.'
