Their journeys in finding a romantic partner has been heavily scruntised by viewers on the ITV2 dating series.
But on Saturday's edition of Unseen Bits, Love Island fans were left questioning the Islanders' intelligence instead as Anton Danyluk confused UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson for tennis pro Boris Becker in a hilarious exchange.
During his time on the day beds, the gym owner, 24, sent his love interest Belle Hassan and pal Curtis Pritchard wild as he asked whether the Leader of the Conservative Party had ever participated in the Wimbledon tournament.
Oh dear: Anton Danyluk left fans questioning his intelligence as he confused UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson for tennis pro Boris Becker on Saturday's Love Island: Unseen Bits
The Scottish hunk hilariously said in the clip: 'Boris Johnson - was he a tennis player?'
Overwhelmed with shock, Belle sharply responded: 'Are you dumb? Even I know that! Boris Johnson was a Mayor of London.'
Defending his question, he added: 'I know that, but I thought he was a tennis player. Has he ever won Wimbledon?'
'I don't think Boris Johnson has ever won Wimbledon!', dancer Curtis, 23, said while giggling over his friend's hilarious gaffe.

What's going on, hun? Overwhelmed with shock, Belle sharply responded: 'Are you dumb? Even I know that! Boris Johnson was a Mayor of London'
Viewers took to Twitter in their droves as they commented on Anton's embarrassing blunder: 'Hahahahahaha I think you're thinking of Boris Becker there Anton. #LoveIsland x', one wrote.
Another sarcastically added: 'At least he’s sort of on the right lines with Boris Becker... I can feel my IQ going down watching that.'
'No. But he did produce a fantastic try in Rugby when visiting Japan. The kid need therapy afterwards', a third jokingly tweeted in response to Anton's bizarre question.
In another cringe-worthy conversation earlier this month, viewers were left in hysterics when the girls questioned whether Barcelona is in Rome.
He's sure of himself: Defending his question, he added: 'I know that, but I thought he was a tennis player. Has he ever won Wimbledon?'

In the footage, Londoner Belle claimed she was shocked when Anton confirmed his mum had a thick Scottish accent just like him.
The make-up artist told the girls: 'I don’t know why I thought his mum would speak like me, I didn’t think she would have a Scottish accent.'
A shocked Joanna Chimonides, 22, replied: ‘Has she?’ ‘Well yeah, obviously’, Belle replied.
'Oh my God has she?' asked Joanna, equally flabbergasted.

Belle continued: 'Yeah, did you just not think that mums spoke like us?'
Jourdan Riane, 24, piped up: ‘Not when the country is Scotland!’
Belle then added: ‘We cleared up that Edinburgh is actually in Scotland last night.’
Joanna, once again surprised, exclaimed: ‘Is it?‘
'Seriously!' Belle said, adding, 'Dublin is [in] Ireland did you know that?'
Joanna then asked the others: 'Is Italy in Rome or Rome in Italy?'
Proud of knowing the answer, Jourdan said: ‘Rome is in Italy, Rome is the capital of Italy.’
A suspicious Belle pushed: 'Is it? Is Barcelona in Rome?'
Jourdan then responded, completely deadpan: 'Barcelona is in Italy.'
'I thought it was Spanish', Belle mused.
Vogue model Jourdan has since insisted she was just joking during the conversation, as she said in a recent interview with beau Danny Williams on Lorraine: 'That conversation had a lot more depth to it, I corrected myself and said it was in Spain.
'If i genuinely believed it was in Italy, that would be a problem', the brunette cheekily said.
Love Island continues on Sunday at 9pm on ITV2.
