But some viewers turned their backs on the show on Sunday night, saying they were unhappy with the amount of airtime given to the athletes' 'sob stories'.

Several viewers expressed their frustration on Twitter, saying that the stars' athletic accomplishments were overshadowed by lengthy video packages.
'Why the big focus on Olivia Vivian? She gets a full interview while we miss three or run [runs] in an ad break,' one person tweeted.
